    Sergio Vega is a Certified Public Accountant and entrepreneur with over 36 years of leadership in the corrugated packaging industry. Since founding his first carton company in 1988, he has guided its growth into a respected organization recognized for innovation, integrity, and quality. His career highlights include achieving global certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, implementing advanced manufacturing technologies, and fostering long-term client partnerships. Known for his vision and ethical leadership, Sergio continues to bring his expertise in finance, operations, and quality management into new ventures within the paper industry.

  • Rene Filidor

    Founder & Executive Advisor

    René Filidor is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant with over 45 years of international experience in finance, auditing, and entrepreneurship, along with three decades of expertise in technology-driven projects and consulting. He has held senior leadership roles in multinational corporations, including ICA Mexico’s International Division, and later founded financial and technology ventures in the U.S. and Latin America. Today, René serves as Founder & Executive Advisor, bringing a unique blend of financial acumen, technological insight, and strategic vision to support business growth and innovation.

    Finance & Operations Manager

    Edgar Alain Vega is a finance and operations professional with over 8 years of experience in the automotive and corrugated packaging industries. Skilled in Accounts Payable, SAP Financial Accounting, and Virtual Invoice Management (VIM), he has successfully led digital invoice processing for 29 locations across North America. His background includes financial analysis, KPI reporting, vendor management, and ERP system support, along with experience in paper product sales and client relations. Combining financial expertise with commercial insight, Edgar drives process efficiency, transparency, and operational excellence in every role he undertakes.
